Founding
Director, Brian Stahelin,
who has worked in the
recruitment industry since
1975 wanted to create a
company with a difference.
Fed up with the aggressive
high volume target driven
sales approach and
indifferent service that is
often the way of agencies,
Stafflex set out the
following:-
STATEMENT OF AIMS
- We are in business to make
sustainable profits. Our
chosen method is the
provision of labour. We
intend to be the best in our
field.
- We will invest profits in
the development of staff,
technology, and
relationships.
- We will be pragmatic, open
and honest in all our
dealings – whether they be
with work seeker, worker,
employer, supplier, member
of the general public or
Stafflex employee. We will
also deal with everyone
equally, regardless of age,
sex, sexual orientation,
nationality, faith or
religion, disability, moral
position (i.e vegetarian),
and unspent convictions.
- We will comply with legal
requirements and endeavour
to observe best practice.
- We will select workers for
jobs on the basis of:
- They can do it
- They can get to it
- They want to do it
We will always endeavour
to obtain the best possible
pay rates for our temporary
workers.
Stafflex believe that there
two “key planks” required to
deliver good results. The
first is to listen to and
understand what work seekers
and employers are asking
for. The second is to obtain
maximum information.
We could go on & on
extolling our virtues and
why you should deal with us.
We feel a better way, and
one that you may feel more
comfortable with is to
invite you to contact us and
ask how we can help.
We don’t pretend to be
perfect and when we make a
mistake, we admit it and
deal with it.
All the above gives rise to
the following strap - line:
“Think recruitment, think
people, think Stafflex –
where everyone matters”
