Supply Teaching

Supply teaching offers the opportunity to practice teaching skills on long or short-term assignments with varying degrees of commitment to suit individual preferences or circumstances; to experience the atmosphere and working practices at different schools; and be free to work as and when convenient, yet receive remuneration in line with the current pay spine.

Once you register with Stafflex for Schools you can expect:

• To be placed on an assignment that has arisen from a Stafflex visit to the school;
• Stafflex to provide maximum notice of assignments due to 24 hour contact facility with schools, ensuring forward resource planning;
• Travelling to be kept to a minimum;
• An individual school induction sheet;
• Pay rates between £95 & £140 per day based on experience;
• Your salary (PAYE/NIC) paid directly into your bank account, by our payroll department, weekly/monthly/quarterly as required;
• Free benefits package covering accident and sickness;
• Continual dialogue between you, the school and Stafflex to eliminate problems and ensure that your assignment is as enjoyable as possible;
• Your assignment to suit your individual preferences or circumstances.

Opportunities

Stafflex requires more good teachers to cover all subjects and all age groups on supply in 2005.

An opportunity has arisen for an English teacher, to start on Monday 14 May 2007 until the end of term.
