Stafflex Employee of the Year announced!

Stafflex presented the annual Katrina Cross Employee of the Year award last week. Huge congratulations to Mulenga Fiseko!
The award is given to the employee who has shown outstanding performance, dedication and positive attitude throughout the past year.
Mulenga joined Stafflex in 2020 just before the pandemic, and has since spent time on the office and industrial desks. He is now heading up the engineering team – his preferred expertise having completed a Masters qualification in Electronic and Communications Engineering.
Managing Director, Brian Stahelin commented: “Mulenga has quickly established himself as a key member of the team and has shown incredible resilience and flexibility since joining the business.”
“Mulenga worked on a number of desks throughout the pandemic when things were unsettled and was always quick to understand the requirements of each specialist sector.”

In recognition of their efforts, Mulenga received high street vouchers and an engraved crystal award.
