We maintain a number of industry-recognised accreditations and certifications which independently assure the quality of our service including award wins and shortlisting’s highlighting our excellence and professionalism in recruitment and business.
In addition to this we’re also members of various local and national organisations promoting key aspects of our business such as best recruitment practices, people management and supporting local and small businesses.

Accreditations and memberships
The initiative run by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) is the most comprehensive audit of its kind. It provides successful recruiters with an accreditation which confirms the agency is conducting its business ethically, in accordance with the legal requirements and with the REC Code.
The accreditation recognises that we have rigorously audited Stafflex and found that it is performing to the highest professional standards and represents best practice in our sector.
Investors in People
Organisations that meet the world-recognised Investors in People Standard reflect the very best in people management excellence. Stafflex has successfully achieved accreditation through demonstrating the evidence requirements of the IIP indicators.
We first achieved this accreditation all the way back in 2003.
REC Audited Education
REC Audited Education is a 'kite mark' for recruitment in education – demonstrating our adherence to the highest possible standards in compliance, customer service and staff development amongst numerous other areas of business.
Stafflex achieved this accreditation by completing audit process which included an online diagnostic, on-site audit, various documentation checks as well as and consulting with our own staff about processes and systems.
Association of Labour Providers
The Association of Labour Providers (ALP) is a specialist trade association for labour providers promoting responsible recruitment.
As an associate member we receive guidance, support, news updates and many other benefits to ensure our provision, use and management of labour is as a model of good practice.
REC Corporate Member
The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) is the professional body for the UK’s £31 billion private recruitment industry representing more than 3,500 recruitment businesses and more than 10,500 individual recruiters.
As a corporate member we have access to legal advice, business support and training allowing us to perform to the highest professional standards and represents best practice in our sector.
Crown Commercial Service Supplier
The Supply Teachers framework is an agreement between the UK Government, Department for Education and suppliers allowing schools, academies and other education organisations the ability to find temporary staff quickly, compliantly and cost efficiently from an approved list of suppliers.
Stafflex has been recognized as an approved supplier since 2018.
Cyber Essentials is a government backed scheme designed to help protect businesses against cyber-attacks.
This certification demonstrates that Stafflex have taken the necessary steps to protect the data of our clients and candidates.
Living Wage Employer
The Living Wage Foundation is an organisation which campaigns to persuade employers to pay a Living Wage.
This accreditation recognizes that we pay the independently-calculated Living Wage rates to all of our staff, we also encourage our clients to do the same.
Federation for Small Businesses
The Federation for Small Businesses (FSB) are a non-profit and non- political organisation helping self-employed and small businesses succeed in business.
As members we receive a wide range of vital business services including advice, financial expertise, support as well as a powerful voice in government issues and policy.
