Our client based in the LS19 area are in need of an efficient and effective administrator to provide support to the department.
Your responsibilities will be to ensure there is a smooth running of the various functions within the office, some your responsibilities will be the following...
· Acting as first point of contact via telephone and greeting visitors, ensuring all are warmly welcomed and offered appropriate hospitality.
· Supervising the visits of maintenance people where required.
· Handling sensitive and confidential data in an appropriate manner.
· Receiving, distributing and dispatching mail, incoming faxes, email and telephone and voicemail messages.
