Job Description

Administrator - Estimates, Invoices and Purchase Orders
Salary - £11 - £12 per hour
Hours - 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
40 Hours per week

Location - Meltham, Holmfirth, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

A great opportunity for an experienced administrator to step into a growing business who can offer various career paths dependant on ability and aptitiude in the position. The right candidate will receive in-house training and be pro-active in their own self development, experience working within the construction sector would be preferred but not essential.

The roles principal duties involve;
· Handling communications, liaising with clients, site agents, suppliers and our site teams in order to get the information required to complete orders, quotations and tenders
· Collating accurate information for suppliers and / or subcontractors to price ensuring accuracy and compliance of contract
· Putting together costs to enable pricing of works for tender activities, identifying materials for subcontract requirements
· Preparation of detailed information on all secured contracts in order to provide the installation teams with a job starter pack
· Providing information to allow valuations to be calculated and invoices to be prepared
· Ordering materials for supply to site to allow the installation programs to be achieved and liaising with suppliers
· Arranging deliveries to site including booking in
· Providing support to the operations teams as required throughout the period of the contract on material supply issues
· Preparing purchase orders and invoices
· Monitoring project costs
· Any other duties as required commensurate with the role and level of responsibility of the post

The Key skills and qualities we are looking for:
· Construction background preferred but not essential

· Strong organisational skills.

· Experience with all Administrative tasks.

· Able to work independently and as part of a team

· Competent with finance and accounts tasks
