Customer Service Administrator
Salary - Up to £25,350 per Annum
Hours - 37.5 Hours per Week, 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Holidays - 21 + 8 Bank holiday - Increasing +1 day per year completed service.

Location - Huddersfield

Are you a proactive, organised professional with a knack for communication and a solid grasp of customer service? We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established business in the heart of Huddersfield.

We're looking for an extroverted and organised individual who will serve as first point of contact for clients, customers and visitors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist at front of house setting.
  • Handle telephone calls professionally and relay messages accurately.
  • Manage diary bookings for meeting rooms and work spaces.
  • Coordinate rooms to ensure they are tidy and well maintained.
  • Support in administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, laminating, and emailing.
  • Support with marketing campaigns and posting on social media channels.
  • Assisting clients with IT and facilities.
  • Maintain H&S regulation and compliance, assisting in emergency procedures.
  • Maintain organised and accessible records, supporting quality standards and efficient customer service.

Key requirements of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Experience within a front facing role, offering warm, empathetic and enthusiastic passion for building relationships.
  • Organised and proactive nature, adept at managing a fluctuating workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with use of basic Microsoft packages, including Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
