Customer Service Manager
Salary - £25k - £30k per year
Hours - 40 hours Monday - Friday 8.30 to 4.30pm
Location - Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

Are you a motivating leader, who values an outstanding customer service above all else? Stafflex are currently working with a local company, specialising in the creation and installation of accessibility furniture, in a great opportunity to enhance the business' customer service operations. From handling customers on a calm, confident and empathetic level, to troubleshooting database processes and procedures, you will be critical in overseeing all aspects of the customer service team and enhancing the customer experience.

Key duties of the Customer Service Manager will include:
- Develop and mentor a team of Customer Service Advisors
- Providing training on sensitive customer calls and interaction
- Maintaining and planning installations/service schedules for engineers
- Overseeing warranty parts and returns processes
- Developing the service contract renewal system
- Increasing revenue generated by catering to customer needs
- Producing monthly reports on customer service statistics
- Producing monthly reports on installation statistics
- Breakdown of issues and resolutions
- Holding regular team meetings to discuss expectations and concerns
- Collaborating with sales to identify customer service improvements
- Reviewing T&C's to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintenance of confidentiality following GDPR
- Liaising with colleagues, dealers, contractors and key stakeholders

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Manager:
- 3+ Years' Experience at a Supervisor level or above
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within leadership
- Accurate Record Keeping
- Knowledge of CRM management
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages
- Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Ability to work on own initiative

Desirable attributes of a Customer Service Manager:
- NVQ Diploma Level 3 or Above in Customer Service
- ILM Level 4 in Leadership and Management
