Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum DOE
Location: Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Hours: 8:30 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday, 8:30 - 16:00 Friday.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator. Our client is searching for somebody to start as soon as possible on a temporary-permanent contract, working within a friendly team in a well-established Engineering business based in Huddersfield.
The Key Duties of the Document Controller:
· Reception cover
· Taking inbound calls & Making outbound calls
· Completing document packs for clients
· Sales order input - using Sage and SharePoint
· General Admin (filing/typing)
· Booking meetings
· Taking minutes
· Using Microsoft Word & Excel
The Key Requirements of the Document Controller:
· Knowledge of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Positive 'Can do' attitude
· Ability to Multi-task
· Switched on and Organised individual
· Friendly and approachable personality
