Job Description

Machine Operative
Location: Huddersfield
Duration: Temporary and Temporary - Permanent

Various working hours available:

  • Rotating shifts
  • 12 hours shifts
  • Days, 7am - 4pm.

Pay rate: £11.44p/h - £12.75p/h


Stafflex are working with multiple well-known, established companies across West-Yorkshire and are actively looking for skilled machine operatives. If you are willing to learn and develop, are reliable with a good eye for detail this might be the role for you!

Duties:

  • Operating machinery - No programming.
  • Setting and feeding machinery.
  • May have to manually cut / trim certain products.
  • Manual handling.
  • Wrapping goods ready for dispatch.

Previous machine experience advantageous:

  • CNC machine
  • Extrusion machine
  • Textile machinery
  • Moulding machine
  • Beam Saws
  • Drill Machines
  • Lathes

Desired qualities / competencies:
