About the Role:

• Deliver high-quality care, learning, and play for children aged 0-5 years
• Support children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that inspires curiosity and creativity
• Help with daily routines such as feeding, changing, and nap times
• Encourage children's language, social, and motor skills through play and exploration
• Work collaboratively with permanent staff and families to meet each child's individual needs
• Uphold safeguarding standards and follow nursery policies at all times

Requirements:

• Essential: Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting young children's growth
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development milestones
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years environment
• Kind, patient, and nurturing approach with excellent communication skills
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
