Office Administrator - Veterinary Practice
Huddersfield - £15k

A friendly, enthusiastic and professional administrator is required for a busy multi-site veterinary practice in Huddersfield. Working alongside an established team of accounts and administration staff, you will be responsible for:
· Maintaining patient records and amending treatment details on client accounts
· Basic Purchase Ledger duties on Sage 50 (training will be provided)
· Updating the bespoke database with product codes and information
· Maintaining HR and personnel files including booking CPD training courses
· Managing staff holiday charts
· Writing up and marking off BACS payments
· Maintaining the office stationary orders
· Writing letters and dealing with incoming post
