Production Labourer (Powder Coating Department)
Location: Bradford, BD4
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
Contract: Temporary - Opportunity available for longer term contract for candidates with the ambition to grow within a role.

Stafflex are recruiting on behalf of an established engineering company based in Bradford who are looking to add a Production Labourer to their Powder Coating Department.

The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day preparation, coating, and finishing of metal components. Previous experience in a powder coating or paint line environment is essential.

Duties include:

  • Preparing and hanging metal components for coating
  • Assisting with powder coating and curing processes
  • Inspecting finished parts for quality and consistency
  • Loading/unloading products and maintaining a tidy work area
  • Supporting general production duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous production or engineering experience required
  • A good eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work early shifts
