Job Description

Stafflex a working alongside a Glass proccessing company within Halifax, We together are looking for a office based Production Manager with a strong background in glass processing to compliment our growing team.


The role will involve the management of the production work flow, health & safety, best practice implementation, and the works HR elements.


Experience is preferred in some or most of the following:


Management and supervision of works staff including a working HR knowledge.

Inputting and extraction of glass parts, processes, optimisations, and best practices using specialist software.


Health & Safety monitoring and support.
Quality, waste, and stock management.


The use of computer software, Email, Word, Excel, Glass Office.
Knowledge of a laminate cutting bench, CNC float bench, diamond glass saws, IGU production, SLE polishing processes, decorative finishings, logistics, and quality control.

The successful candidate must be able to take the lead of our team of competent and skilled individuals, and advance the performance, productivity, and well-being of the company and staff in each area of focus.


Salary will be commensurate with experience, with up to 24 days annual holiday plus Bank Holidays.
