Our client is a wholesale distribution company, with 10 companies operating in 3 key sectors. They are looking to recruit a permanent Sales Administrator who will be responsible for delivering high level customer service, processing orders and discussing all new products/ training with the customers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Learning the portfolio of products and how they work to discuss with clients
- Outbound calling, dealing with aftercare and troubleshooting
- Taking inbound calls which will include processing orders onto the system
- Dealing with technical orders and liaising with relevant department
- General administration and data inputting
The ideal candidate will be IT savvy, have strong communications skills and the desire to develop within the role.
