Job Description

Our client is a wholesale distribution company, with 10 companies operating in 3 key sectors. They are looking to recruit a permanent Sales Administrator who will be responsible for delivering high level customer service, processing orders and discussing all new products/ training with the customers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Learning the portfolio of products and how they work to discuss with clients
  • Outbound calling, dealing with aftercare and troubleshooting
  • Taking inbound calls which will include processing orders onto the system
  • Dealing with technical orders and liaising with relevant department
  • General administration and data inputting

The ideal candidate will be IT savvy, have strong communications skills and the desire to develop within the role.
