We are currently recruiting a Service Coordinator to join a well established
engineering company based in Huddersfield.
- Provide admin support to the contracts manager
- Deal with service enquiry calls speedily and effectively
- Book scheduled service work and sales order processing
- Handle customer complaints and facilitate questions
- Investigate recording errors and correct as appropriate
- Allocate engineers and liaise with other coordinators
- Liaise with customers receiving and processing their orders
- Keep customers informed of status of job to resolve enquiries
- Management and application of service database
