Telesales/Customer Services - Huddersfield - Up to £20k - Permanent

Job Description

Our client is looking for a confident sales person who has the ability to sell and promote their products whilst also providing great customer service to new and existing customers.
The role is telephone based, you will be dealing with inbound enquires from customers that are would like an understanding of the company and how their product can benefit them. This will be a consultative sell where you will need to educate the customers.

The Candidate

In order to be successful for this role you must have had some sales experience, either on the phone or face to face. You'll need to be able to understand customer needs and the ability to deliver the correct information in a confident and assuring manor.
Experience of working in a team is not essential but may help within the role, you must also have the desire to work towards targets and KPI's.
