We're looking for teachers, teaching assistants, nursery nurses, support workers, cover supervisors, youth workers or SEN specialists.
How does it work?
You can receive up to £150 based on how much the referred teacher has worked.
- If they work up to 20 days you will receive £50
- If they work 40 days you will receive another £50
- If they work 60 days you will receive another £50

Terms and conditions apply:
- You must be registered with Stafflex in order to submit referrals.
- Stafflex may terminate this offer at any time, or amend these terms and conditions by providing reasonable notice on the Stafflex website.
- Referred teachers must work at least 20 days to qualify for the first payment (£50), 40 days for the second payment (£50) and 60 days for the third payment (£50). This will total £150.
- Stafflex will monitor hours worked for referred teachers on a monthly basis and will contact you if your referred teacher has reached the hours worked needed to qualify for a reward payment.
