Kate Booth of New Dawn Resources will review key developments in employment case law and look ahead to legislative changes that are due to come into force in coming months, including a look at employee/ worker status, achieving fair dismissals, and key decisions in connection with discrimination. If you’ve been to one our employment law updates in the past, you’ll know that this is an informative update that will help you to keep your business on the right side of changing employment laws.

Vanessa Scrimshaw of New Dawn Resources will then look at building resilience in individuals, teams and businesses. How individuals view adversity and stress can strongly affect whether they succeed or not. The style and approach of a team manager or the culture of a company can have a dramatic impact on an individual’s resilience. By building resilience, employers can enable individuals to tackle adversity, concentrate on the things that they have control over and contribute to successful teams and businesses.
