Stafflex retains Investors in People accreditation

Stafflex has retained the prestigious Investors in People (IIP) Standard accreditation demonstrating its commitment to developing the skills of its employees.
Investors in People is the UK’s leading accreditation for business improvement through people management, and provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.
The framework is based on 25 years of leading practice incorporating the latest research and workplace trends into the assessment, which is carried out using desk-top reviews, interviews, meetings and observations.
