Stafflex are actively recruiting on behalf of our client, based in Huddersfield, who design and manufacture precisely engineered products and excellent service to all their customers. A leading name in their industry, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious and skilled sheet metal worker to join their ever-growing team and take part in their continued success.

Salary: Up to £14.50 P/H + O/T (DOE)
Hours: 37 Hours per week Full Time - 07:45am - 4:15pm ; 12:45pm finish on Fridays.
Location: Huddersfield

Responsibilities:
* Involved in the Welding process (MIG & TIG) on Mild Steel and Stainless Steel
* Lay out, fit and weld and fabricate components.
* Communicate any discrepancies/delays to the Fabrication Manager.

Requirements:
* Experience in MIG &/Or TIG.
* Fully proficient reading and working to drawings.
* Experience of sheetmetal work.
* Must be a team player with the ability to also work on own initiative.
* Good timekeeping.
* Knowledge of the manufacturing process.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
