Stafflex and Huddersfield Literature Festival partner up for Family Free Day

Stafflex has partnered with the award-winning Huddersfield Literature Festival to host a family day of free activities on Saturday 30 March at North Huddersfield Trust School.

Activities will include face-painting, storytelling, games, colouring tables, balloon twisting and more. Prizes will be given out to those who dress up as their favourite book character and the day will close with a free showing of the film Paddington 2.

Nemi Alexis, Marketing Executive at Stafflex said: “We’re delighted to be supporting this event for the fourth year running. It’s fantastic that we can provide a day for local families to come together and enjoy themselves without having to spend a penny.”

Timings:

  • 10am                          Doors open
  • 10.30-11.15am         STORYTELLING: Piper’s Passport with Eleanor McKlone
  • 11-1pm                      BALLOON MODELLING: with Michaelmas Twist
  • 1pm-2.40pm             FILM: Paddington 2 (2017, Cert PG, 103 mins)

There are no age restrictions for the event and no booking is required so everyone is welcome to attend, although anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
