Stafflex Gender Pay Gap Reporting 2017/18

Friday, March 23, 2018

This organisation provides office staff, unqualified/qualified, education personnel and unskilled/semi-skilled temporary labour.

On our snapshot date, women seem to fare better than men. This is almost certainly due to the fact of 319 people paid, 101 women compared to 41 men were working within the office and education sectors.

  • Women’s hourly rate is 8% higher (mean) and 26% higher (median)
  • Top salary quartile has 47.6% men and 52.4% women
  • Upper middle salary quartile has 50% men and 50% women
  • Lower middle salary quartile has 47.4% men and 52.6% women
  • Lower salary quartile has 52.4% men and 47.6% women
  • Women’s bonus pay is 690% higher (mean) and 4% higher (median)
  • 14.6% of men and 12.7% of women received bonus pay

Gender Pay Gap legislation introduced in April 2017 requires all employers of 250 or more employees to publish their gender pay gap as of 31 March 2017. The gender pay gap is the difference between the average earnings of men and women, expressed relative to men’s earnings.

The person responsible in our organisation is Brian Stahelin, Managing Director.
